Prerequisites for Submitting a Case
Please make sure the following are included when submitting a case to ILSA:
- Signed & Completed Application
- Signed & Completed disclosures and acknowledgement forms (if state required)
- Copies of IDs
*If available, copies of APSs & in-force ledger would expedite underwriting process
